CONNIE E. HEYOB
Connie Heyob’s passion for multiplicity allows her to successfully lead Phoenix Systems International, Inc.’s as the Chief Executive Officer. Serving in this role Connie provides strategic leadership for the company, establishing short-range and long-range goals, policies and procedures. Through her commitment to this role, she has led Phoenix Systems to become a premier heavy equipment transportation corporation with precipitous growth, and financial stability.
During Connie’s tenure in the United States Navy and various organizations throughout diverse industries she developed the skill set of governance. These skills enable her to strategically lead the Government Services Division along with the Commercial Heavy Equipment Transportation Division of Phoenix Systems. The strategies utilized focus on strong communications with clients to identify their needs and working toward a solution. These solutions are then further developed into sustainable standard operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
With a strong foundation in diverse educational endeavors to include, undergraduate studies of Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and graduate studies of Masters of Science in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (MSN-FNP) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management, Connie utilizes knowledge gained to position Phoenix Systems as a principle provider of Heavy Equipment Transportation. Through her leadership Phoenix Systems has obtained CVE certification of a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business, as well as a Certified Woman Owned Small Business and has been accepted into Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses.
